Dieses Instrument stammt aus dem Besitz des Hennersdorfer Lehrers, Bürgermeisters und Komponisten Rudolf Oesterle (1887-1957). Er erhielt es 1912 als Hochzeitsgeschenk von seiner Frau (und vermutlich ihren Eltern). Das Harmonium befand sich in Oesterles Besitz bis zu seinem Tod, dann vermachte er es testamentarisch der Pfarrkirche Hennersdorf und es wurde für einige Jahre in der Kirche im Altarraum aufgestellt (bis ca. 1973). Danach gab es keine Verwendung mehr für das Instrument und es landete in einem Hühnerstall. Von dort rettete es ein Hennersdorfer Privatmann, der er es komplett instand setzte und vor der Vernichtung bewahrte. Im Jahr 2007 stellte er das Haromonium für eine Ausstellung anlässlich des 50. Todestages und 120. Geburtstages von Rudolf Oesterle zur Verfügung, danach kam es wieder zurück in die Pfarre, wo es bis 2017 im Pfarrhof stand. 2017 übernahm es schließlich die Gemeinde Hennersdorf ins Gemeindearchiv.

Das Instrument ist in einem guten Allgemeinzustand. Dennoch wäre eine Instandsetzung für einen regelmäßigen musikalischen Gebrauch notwendig. Bei der Bank auf den Fotos handelt es sich um keine Originalbank von Kotykiewicz.

This instrument was owned by the teacher, mayor and composer Rudolf Oesterle (1887-1957) from Hennersdorf. He received it 1912 as a wedding present from his wife (and probably her parents). The harmonium was in Oesterle's possession until his death, then he made a testamentary bequest to the parish church of Hennersdorf, and it was placed in the church's chancel for several years (until about 1973). After that there was no more use for the instrument and it ended up in a henhouse. From there it was saved by a private person from Hennersdorf, who completely repaired it and saved it from destruction. In 2007, he made the haromonium available for an exhibition on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Rudolf Oesterle's death and 120th birthday, after which it was returned to the parish, where it remained in the parsonage until 2017. In 2017 it was finally taken over by the parish of Hennersdorf into the parish archive.

The instrument is in good general condition. However, it would still need to be repaired for regular musical use. The bench on the photos is not an original Kotykiewicz bench.
